Trauma Informed Embodiment™ for Relationship. A six month group program that is part support group, part practical tools and utilizing the Trauma Informed Embodiment (TIE)™ approach, and part psycho-education. It is open all humans, as all of us have trauma living within us and live in a world that has traumatic impacts on us. Next cohort begins March 15. Registration opens February 1. Trauma & Co Professionals Training. A 12-month training for people who work with trauma (if you work with humans, you work with trauma). Cohort 2 to begin April 26, 2021. You can learn more at the Trauma & Co website here.
Embodied Relating. A 12-module series exploring different aspects of relationship with self, others, and our communities. Each module is three weeks in length and includes weekly emails and a weekly live group call on Zoom. You can sign up for individual modules or all 12 at once. More information to be available soon.
Embodied Writing :: Relating, Relationships, & Complex Trauma. Seven weeks of self-study exploring the ways complex trauma impacts the way we relate with others and with our Self through stream of conscious writing and embodiment exercises. Sliding scale fee. Ongoing. More information here.
