What would it feel like to stand in your power?
To feel your strength radiating from your core?
To dare to love yourself as you are,
to use your voice,
to feel confident in your own skin?
What would it feel like?
we are trained starting at an early age that standing in our power and light is a “bad thing” (it’s unlady-like, un-womanly, not proper)
we sacrifice who we are for conditional love and false acceptance
we are taught how girls and women can’t be strong, that we are weak and feeble (in body, mind, spirit, morals)
we have bought into these stories and training and allow them to live within us
in our bodies, our minds, our spirits, our souls
Holding us down
Tying us up
Keeping us quiet, small, docile, obedient.
It is time to unlearn these stories.
Unravel this training.
To break free. To become unleashed.
Because buying into this training stops us from living our lives fully, completely, and freely.
you desire healing, nourishing, being
you long to feel what it is to step into your power, to embrace your strength, to fully feel your deserving, your worth and your daring
you crave the capacity and opportunity to love and accept your whole Self, just as you are
And so, this circle.
Together, we will devote the next six months to unearthing, examining, and embracing our power, our strength, our deep inner knowing and our daring to show the world who we truly are.
November 1st we come together and begin our journey of (re)connecting to our our power, our strength, our daring, our truth.
Every Friday you will receive an email with stream-of-conscious journal prompts and a “homework” exercise, to help you to explore these parts of yourself, to dig into these stories, to bring what lives in your unconscious into consciousness, what hides in the shadows into light.
Every second Sunday of the month from 10-11:30am PST we will have a live group call (on Zoom) to connect in real-time with each other, with our stories, with this work.
Every week day in our private Facebook group we will explore different aspects of this work, these stories, and our Self through discussion prompts I will provide.
Your Commitment: Six months, November 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017. Connection to the other circle members is a vital part of this work. While I understand we all have busy lives, I also ask that each member commit to participating at least once a week in the discussion threads and to attend half of our monthly group calls. By registering for this circle you agree to this commitment.
(I am purposefully offering this circle right before, during, and after the winter holiday season. This is a time of year where I find we need the most support in speaking our truth and maintaining our boundaries, as we gather with family and old patterns emerge. This circle will help us prepare for the coming holidays and support you through them as you set and maintain boundaries, use your voice, and create change within yourself and your family dynamic as you want and need).
Financial Investment: $49/month**
**I know that compared to other programs by authors and professionals working around releasing shame and embracing our power, this is a low-cost program – and that’s intentional. I created this low-cost option because I saw a strong need for it. There is a lot of shame around money in our culture. This circle is being created with the intention of not turning anyone away. I understand how sometimes we may desperately want to do this deep personal work without allowing finances – or shame around cash – to hold us back. I have been there myself, not being able to afford therapy or online coaching groups because we simply did not have the money in our account to afford it. Because of my personal understanding of all the frustration and shame that is involved in wanting to do this deeper work and not having the resources to do it, I decided to create this circle.
***If $49/month presents a challenge in your situation, please reach out to me. I am also offering partial scholarships for this work. You can contact me at gwynn at gwynnraimondi dot com. xoxo
****If you are interested in sponsoring another woman for this work, please let me know and we’ll work out the details. No one will be turned away from this circle due to financial resources or lack thereof. If you need a partial scholarship or if you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. xoxo**

What previous and current circle participants have said:
Through mind/body work, stream of conscious writing prompts, and deep personal reflection, Gwynn leads you to discover parts of yourself that you didn’t know existed, much less know you want to embrace. Gwynn’s videos are must-see-tv that add an element of insight to her work that provides many a-has to your own personal journey, causing you to reflect on who you want to be under the many layers with which you have protected yourself for so long. I’ve continued to work with Gwynn over and over again for the vast knowledge that she brings to her circles of women, as well as for the kindness, compassion, insight, depth, and ability to be real and truthful that she holds forth in herself and advocates for in her clients. Gwynn is an amazing leader, a generator of ideas and inspiration, and a safe place to land on the hard days. The topics with which Gwynn works are difficult, but she shines a light on them, reminds you to take care of yourself, and leads you through the rough patches with grace, making your journey one of profound learning about who you essentially are at your core. -APC
Gwynn Raimondi has helped me face the challenging, neglected, raw & wounded parts of myself with tenderness & steadfastness. She has helped me recommit, reclaim & recharge the feminine parts of myself while balancing the gifts of my inner masculine. She is a guide, a mentor, a cheerleader, a fact finder & a magic maker with a worthy bag of tools & tricks. All this with the feeling that you just sat at the kitchen table with the womenfolk drinking the wisdom of the ancients. -TL
I love Gwynn, she is a compassionate and beautiful soul who is doing amazing work. Her writing prompts and videos have helped me to really dig deep, sort out, and heal, both mind, body and spirit. -RG
